Howard J C Wells O.B.E.
Non Executive Chairman
Howard has spent an illustrious international career with his achievements being widely recognised with several awards for business excellence and with an OBE in the 2013 New Year’s Honours list. Howard set up the Hong Kong Sports Development board and headed up the Hong Kong Sports Institute in the eighties and nineties. A figurehead in the global sport business, Howard was the first CEO of UK Sport and the CEO of Watford Football Club, Ipswich Town Football Club and the Irish F.A. He was a former senior coach of the Football Association and between 2008 and 2014 was a Match Commissioner of FIFA. Howard was elected to the Sport and Recreation Alliance board in 2000 and was chair from 2001 to 2005. Howard now consults to a variety of international businesses.

Sarah has lead award winning marketing campaigns both national and international across time and language barriers and specialises in digital marketing and media planning.

With solid campaign management, brand strategy and media knowledge, Sarah is a creative thinker taking ideas from concept to execution whether on or offline.

An ‘English literature with writing’ graduate, Shannon has completed an MA in Publishing Media and has a keen eye for editorial content. Commercially minded with a passion for marketing Shannon has gained a plethora of knowledge within the public relations industry and is well-aware of social media’s influence upon the life cycle of a product or business.
