GB Eye Ltd has appointed Hello Communications Group to bolster its trade and consumer PR and communications as the firm continues its strong growth.

The first quarter of 2019 has seen respected home and giftware licensee, GB Eye, continue to build upon its 2018 success, with a strong trajectory of growth at retail in both the UK and Europe, bucking the trend of challenging times on the high street.  With the continued focus on the giftware sector, the firm has appointed Hello Communications Group to further grow its profile among consumers and retailers.

The team at Hello Communications Group will be working closely with GB Eye on its corporate, retail and consumer campaigns, as it enters an exciting period of collaboration and growth.

Over the past four years, GB Eye has placed a strong strategic focus on gifting, leading to innovative developments in both product and design, and the creation of strong brand ranges to meet consumer and retailer demand, ensuring the company remains a key partner for brands throughout the 52 countries it distributes to.

Despite strong headwinds at UK retail, GB Eye has significantly increased its shelf space over the past year with its expanded ranges, affording a 365 approach with retailers such as Smyths Toys and Primark. Hello Communications Group, will be supporting and building on these campaigns as the firm continues to grow its offering.

As part of its plans to tackle the challenging retail landscape, GB Eye has also placed a strong emphasis on its online presence. The marketing and PR campaigns will continue to build on the successful B2B and B2C websites and partnerships, GB Eye has nurtured, with key online retailers.

With 40 per cent of its products printed on demand in-house, and 75 per cent produced sustainably in the UK, GB Eye’s speed to market enables them to react quickly to demands and trends and provide an unrivalled service to both trade and consumers, setting them apart from many of their competitors.
