Oddbods crowned ‘Best Children’s Programme’ at inaugural Asian Academy Creative Awards

Singapore: 7th December 2018: One Animation’s twice Emmy-nominated series Oddbods, has scooped yet another prestigious accolade, this time at the inaugural Asian Academy Creative Awards, at a glittering ceremony in Singapore. The hilarious, non-dialogue animation stood out to win the coveted title of ‘Best Children’s Programme (One off / Special) for the 22 min Christmas Special, ‘The Festive Menace’.

The Asian Academy Creative Awards have been established to recognise the very best work from across Asia Pacific and to serve as the pinnacle of achievement in content, creation and media production for the region. The academy’s President, Michael McKay stated on the night; ‘If you win the Asian Academy Awards, you know you are really the best of the best’.
